When a client inquires about a residential pest control service, many times the first question is how much the service will cost. However, no two homes or two pest problems are exactly alike nor are two pest control companies the same.
We customize your treatment program based on the specific information found during the free inspection process. This inspection is free and helps us to provide you with an accurate price quote for the solution to your pest problem.
In most situations, it will not be necessary to leave your home, but we will ask you to leave the immediate area where your pest technician is working. If it becomes necessary for you to be out of your home during the residential pest control service, this will be arranged in advance for your convenience.
According to Pest World, termites cause more than $5 billion worth of damage every year and this isn't the only pest that causes damage. There is a big difference between residential pest control and pest prevention. A maintenance plan program is the only truly effective way to eliminate pests and prevent them from coming back.
Termites do not normally leave on their own. There are certain situations where they will leave temporally, but as long as there is wood to eat they will return. Without a residential pest control service, there is no way of knowing when a healthy termite colony will return to re-infest a structure.
Although the fumigation technique is most often used for termites, it can eliminate many other pests present in the home or above the ground. While different dosages of fumigates are required for different levels of residential pest control, fumigation is known to kill some other bugs, such as bed bugs or cockroaches.
Unfortunately, no. Florida is a continuous growth state and weeds are always germinating so you'll need consistent weed control, just like how residential pest control is needed for the continuous invasion of pests. We treat new weeds on each visit and work towards getting your lawn as thick as possible to minimize weed growth.
The Florida Structural Pest Control Law (Chapter 482) requires any person or business performing structural or residential pest control to be licensed by the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS), Bureau of Licensing and Enforcement.
